5. Content Ownership and Usage

By uploading content, you grant Cryptala a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the app and associated platforms. Cryptala reserves the right to review, moderate, or remove any content that violates these terms, infringes on intellectual property rights, or is deemed inappropriate or harmful. You acknowledge that removed content may not be recoverable and that Cryptala is not liable for the loss of user-generated content.
6. Rewards and Earnings
Cryptala allows users to earn rewards for engaging with content, watching ads, and referring others. Rewards are distributed in tokens that can be collected, traded, or used within the app. Cryptala does not guarantee the value, liquidity, or future availability of tokens and reserves the right to modify the reward system at any time. Attempting to manipulate the reward system through fraudulent activities, including creating fake accounts or automated interactions, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of earnings. Users are responsible for complying with applicable tax laws regarding earned rewards.
7. Privacy and Data Usage
Cryptala respects your privacy and handles personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data for purposes such as providing, personalizing, and improving our services. These TOS are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. In case of disputes, you agree to resolve issues through binding arbitration in United Kingdom, unless prohibited by local law. You also agree to refrain from pursuing class actions or consolidated claims against Cryptala.
